Fireclay tile showroom
Sweitzer Inc. is proud to have been the general contractor for the newest Fireclay Tile Showroom, found among the 4th Street shops in Berkeley. This project came to life by working closely with Arcsine Architecture to finesse the material selection and details throughout the build. The showroom features two 20ft.-long interactive tile display walls, a 10ft. square tiled display, and a massive floating layout table. The relatively small space not only provides plenty of space for prospective clients among high-end finishes, but also has a back-of-house kitchenette and office space for its employees.
