The Beach Chalet
The Beach Chalet underwent a complete transformation, renovating both the front and back of house. Sweitzer Inc. worked closely with the owners to develop a new, fresh material palette that speaks to the ocean views and muted San Francisco beach landscape. New partition window-walls create distinct dining areas when desired, while maintaining the openess of the restaurant. The simple back-bar shelving allows light and scenery to reflect off the mirrors installed behind the bar,
and a classic porthole window gives patrons a look into the workings of the brewery.
